I was doing Darkrime HM and I was on level 3 and there were no enemies around me. I had to go eat and I AFKed about 1-2 hours. I came back and all of us were dead at rez with all 60% DP. There were still no enemies around. I pretty much nailed every single enemy in there with no trouble. When I returned I had to restart the whole dungeon. I was so mad but just redid it and finished it. Possible timer?

Never AFK in dungeons espically in HM I learned.

In the very early days I saved up about 10k and bought a Major Fire rune (yes they were that expensive then).... only to discover it did not go on my cool R/E!!!!

Not so noob, but quite recent.
1. While VQing, i'm used to mark places where i've cleared enemies(to make the VQ faster) with junk drops or 1 gold piece. Accidently, during last VQ i've started dropping 1k instead of 1 gold. Luckly i've noticed it before map away, but spent 20 mins to hunt my money after have finished the VQ....
2. Now, ive always saved alcool, cause old drunkard was waay too boring for me, and was planning to sell it.When EB and new Drunkard title cames out, i've said "OMG nice let's max this title!"...After have drunk my 3k mins i've realized the new min cost. That means i do not have money for max drunkard, and, also, i've just drunk 200-300k.....which isn't little for me.

I bought 2 FoW helms for my warrior (1 sword and 1 axe) when I should have just bought 1 FoW helm (strength).... fail.

Isn't easier just to press U to see minimap?

The map show where u have passed, but the range explored/checked and cleared is a bit larger than the red dot line, about the compass size(the limit of sight of enemy/objects).

Dropping/placing things means that running around pressing alt and ctrl you'll see where you've passed a compass range far....is just a thing that i'm used to since i VQ, and speed up things. Why not? :P

Haha, same thing for me. I took the quest completely forgetting what area of Proph it was. Loaded the map and saw Rotscale's zone highlighted, and just said "nope".

About 400K points in and I don't really feel like chancing it.

I was at about 230k, so it could have definitely be more painful...I'm more irritated at the fact that the only death that happened during that vanquish was mine - no heroes died, no one went below half health, and then Rotscale managed to spike me from full health to nothing in a second.

Stupid effing not-even-a-boss doesn't-take-double-damage-from-holy dragon. Grrrr.

Put a bunch of elite armor with runes etc on a mule account, forgot the names of any characters on it and now I can't log in to it anymore ^_^

i bought a full display of Torment weapons 3 days before the HoM Calc was released, turns out having every armor+weapon+hero armor in the game means nothing
